Major Fortune 100 organization seeks a Collections Analyst experienced in SQL and .net or java to develop, design, and maintain collections and payment plan database templates.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain collections daily, weekly, and monthly incentive processes including daily collector metrics. Design and implement ad-hoc payment plan templates and databases for Collections department
• Deliver daily & monthly collection associate & PCM incentive system processes. Design, develop & implement new incentive processes with change controls including audit processes
• Develop & automate collections performance & productivity reports including capacity model & unit performance metrics
• Work closely with Performance & Productivity Team to create functional reporting & ongoing incentive support
• Manage large collection projects, collaborating with both leadership and management teams to insure business requirements and timelines are reasonable and meet business expectations
• Act as content expert to other Collection department administrative personnel on report issues and resolutions. Ensure report accuracy

Additional information
• Working experience in SQL;
• Working experience with web based languages (.Net, JAVA or related web base programs)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
• 3+ years equivalent work experience in programming, reporting & analysis.
• Bachelors Degree, Computer Science or related Information Technology emphasis;
• Experience with Desktop Processing tools and Data Warehousing concepts;
