Our client, a major firm that consults to Asia-Pacific banks, is looking to hire someone on their Customer Data Analytics team to be located in either Shanghai or Singapore. This is a full time role with a major global company. Candidates for the role in Shanghai must speak Mandarin.
Candidates must have experience with credit cards and be a "go-getter": self-motivated, self-sufficient, meticulous, driven, and the ability to multi-task in a complex environment with international clients, etc.

Experience/Knowledge:
• Strong statistical programming skills required (SAS preferred).
• Experience in multivariate cross-sectional analysis of large customer databases is preferred.
• Consulting experience is preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.
Major Accountabilities:
• Provide consulting service solutions to banks throughout the Asia / Pacific Region.
• Conduct statistical analysis of large customer databases to improve marketing, credit risk, and operational performance.
• Build predictive models and credit scores.
• Conduct customer segmentation analysis and build customer profiles.
• Develop and optimize credit policy through customer data analytics.
• Target and optimize marketing campaigns through customer data analytics.
• Education: MS in Statistics or the equivalent.
Competencies:
Willingness to travel (extensive travel is required). Candidate must bean assertive self-starter, with the poise, fortitude and strength of character to function autonomously, managing projects independently in a foreign environment.
